Hobby Explorer Kits

Hobby Explorer Kits are only available at Langdon Community Library.

What is a Hobby Explorer Kit?

Hobby Explorer kits provide everything you need to learn a new hobby without having to run out and purchase everything you might need.

How long can a kit be borrowed for?

Because kits are limited, we are only allowing a single one month checkout for each kit.  This will allow you enough time to work through the materials and resources in the kit and see if the hobby is right for you.

Can I keep any of the materials?

In each kit, there is a list of contents, indicating what needs to be returned.  In most of the kits, there are materials you are free to use and not expected to return.  Please read the included information in the kit to understand how to take care of the materials so they can continue to be used in the kits.

There are a number of materials that we have created specifically for these kits and they will be available for free download once the kits are released.
