At long last, it is that time of year again - the time to celebrate our Hamlet in a big way! And on July 22, 2023, Langdon Community Library is joining the fun for the very first time!
Our hours on Saturday will be modified to allow you all to grab some free food at the Pancake breakfast and then attend the wonderful parade as it makes its way through town. We will be open from 1-5pm.
At the Library you can:
- Take a walk around and check out our StoryWalk!
- Come inside for some Air Conditioned goodness and give our PRIZE WHEEL a spin!
- At 1:30Pm and 3pm, we will have a special craft for your littles (First 25 kids only - supplies are very limited)
Also happening:
- At the Qualico Resource Centre ("The QRC"), you will also find The Reptile Guy from 1-5pm.
- In Langdon Park, the Children’s festival will be open with plenty of entertainment for the young and young at heart - bouncy castles, gaga ball, treats and more! Big thanks to Synergy, Bow Valley Scouts, and all of the other amazing community partners who put this on for our kids!
- At the Connection Courts, you can watch the Pickleball Tournament!
- In the Fieldhouse, Laugh and Learn daycare will have a special play area set up for the littles.
There is so much happening - grab your family and come on out to celebrate Langdon! We can’t wait to see you!
